What is The Mom Project?
The Mom Project is the leading workforce solution for connecting companies with highly skilled, diverse talent.
How does it work?
The Mom Project connects moms, dads, and allies to job opportunities with vetted, family-friendly employers that respect work and life integration.
Job seekers who create a Talent profile with The Mom Project are sent relevant opportunity matches via email. Members can search for and apply for open roles posted by our employers in our marketplace.
Open roles can be full-time, part-time, or contract. As an employer you are able to view candidates, schedule interviews, and extend offers all through our intuitive platform.
How does your matching work?
Once a job is posted on our platform, our equitable matching algorithm begins by comparing superpowers, technical capabilities, skills, seniority, industry experience, preferred schedule and other factors with talent profiles. Those who are likely to be a good fit for your role are invited to apply.
What is an equitable matching algorithm?
Traditional job boards can discriminate against candidates who have gaps in employment on their resumes. But at The Mom Project, we call this the “Power in the Pause”. We understand that many women take leaves from the paid workforce for childcare or familial responsibilities. We’re proud that the matching algorithms we’ve built reduce bias. This means better and more fair matches that factor a multi-dimensional view of potential.
