A superpower is the primary focus area a candidate specializes in, such as Marketing or Finance. We currently support 15 superpowers:
- Human Resources
- Communications & Public Relations
- Customer Service
- Science & Education
- Engineering & Construction
- Industrial & Manufacturing
Candidates select one superpower that best fits their profession. Your role will be presented to talent who are categorized in your preferred superpower.
A capability is a job function. For example, capabilities under Marketing include B2B marketing, product marketing and retail merchandising. A job post can have up to three associated capabilities. Because capabilities are a specific function within a superpower, the capabilities selected will impact who receives job match alerts.
Skills are the specific tools and expertise that are required for your role, like a specific programming language for software development. Our tool will programmatically suggest skills based on your job description. Review the ones we suggest, delete any that don’t seem like a good fit and add any that we might have missed. Skills are used heavily in helping us flag the best candidates for you.
Flex Factors are additional job details that help our algorithm better match you with the most relevant candidates. Select the role type and job location according to your open role:
Role Type: Specify if the role is a freelance, permanent or temporary-to-permanent job opportunity.
Where is the job location?: Indicate if the role is onsite, remote or a mix of both.
Office Location: Where is your company located?
Travel Percentage: What, if any, is the percentage of time an employee will be expected to travel in this role?
