Hiring timelines are different for all companies we work with. Although we present options for you to request a rescheduled time to interview, employers may not necessarily accept your times and can possibly move onto other candidates.
Your chances are better if you accept the initial interview request.
If you've requested to reschedule your interview for a time that has passed, give it another try in your dashboard for a time that is as soon as possible.
The more time you wait, the more candidates are being considered and interviewing in real time.
Take the following steps to reschedule an interview:
- Log in to your Mom Project account.
- Click Dashboard and navigate to the job you are interviewing for.
- Click Request new date/time.
- In the pop up box, select dates, times, and your time zone.
- Click Submit Reschedule Request
The interview will now be flagged as "Rescheduling" and display the requested change.
An email will be sent to the interviewer to confirm a new interview date and time. Once confirmed, you will both receive an email and calendar invite with the updated date and time.
Note: If you are engaged with a Talent Partner at The Mom Project who originally scheduled your interview outside of the platform, you will need to reach out to reschedule. Interviews scheduled directly with a Talent Partner will not reflect in your dashboard.
